Brief
- CANDYSHORTS CLIPPING — CAMPAIGN RULES
- Rules are numbered. Rejections cite the rule number.
- Anything marked REQUIRED is mandatory — miss it and the submission is rejected.
- R1 — Read the brief. Every item tagged REQUIRED must be done. No exceptions.
- R2 — Approved clippers only. REQUIRED. You must be approved before submitting. Submissions from unapproved accounts are rejected without review.
- R3 — Where you post. Post from the account you listed in your application. A dedicated CandyShorts-themed page is welcome but not required.
- R4 — Account age. The account you post from must be at least 30 days old at time of posting.
- R5 — Audience & geography. REQUIRED. At least 40% of your page audience or post audience must come from Tier 1 countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.
- R6 — Geo proof. REQUIRED. Demographics must be proven by screen recording, in this exact order:
- 1. Start the screen recording on your phone's home screen.
- 2. Open the App Store / Google Play Store.
- 3. Find the social app and open it FROM the Store page.
- 4. Wait for the app to load.
- 5. Walk through your analytics showing watch time, view graphs and audience locations.
- 6. Stop the recording.
- Submit VIDEO-SPECIFIC analytics only. Account-level analytics are rejected. All pages of the analytics must be clearly visible. If the recording does not show you opening the app from the App Store, it is rejected. No exceptions. Screenshots are not accepted.
- R7 — Engagement floor. REQUIRED. Engagement rate falls as reach grows, so the floor moves with your view count:
- TikTok & Instagram — under 25K views: 0.9% / 25K to 100K: 0.8% / over 100K: 0.5%
- YouTube Shorts — under 25K views: 0.8% / 25K to 100K: 0.6% / over 100K: 0.4%
- R8 — Likes and comments stay ON. REQUIRED. Both must be visible and enabled on the post at all times. Hiding either is an instant rejection.
- R9 — Keep the post live 30 days. REQUIRED. Deleting before 30 days means rejection and forfeit of payment.
- R10 — Payout snapshot. Views are counted on day 7 after posting, verified by post link plus a capture taken at that moment. Views after the snapshot do not add to payment.
- R11 — What every clip must carry. REQUIRED.
- The CandyShorts watermark exactly as it comes in the vault clip. Do not crop it out, cover it or blur it.
- On-screen text that creates curiosity and a cliffhanger, and that relates to what is actually in the clip.
- Tag @candyshorts.tv on Instagram posts.
- Hashtag #CandyAIPartner on every post.
- Background music and SFX are allowed but must stay significantly below the clip audio.
- R12 — Original edits. Take ideas from other clips freely, but make your own cut. Copying a clip one-to-one or reposting someone else's clip is an instant rejection.
- R13 — No spam posting. One clip may be posted once per platform, and once only. The same clip with the same hook, same CTA and same caption across accounts or platforms is spam. Every post needs a new hook, new CTA, new caption, and new visual or pacing. No collab posts.
- R14 — Real numbers only. No view bots, no bought promotion, no story boosting. Detection means removal from the campaign and forfeit of all pending payments.
- R15 — Content limits. REQUIRED. Teaser content only: no nudity and no explicit material on any platform in this campaign. Minimum video length 10 seconds. English language.
- Never post, imply or reference: minors or underage individuals, or any setting associated with them such as a child's bedroom or classroom — this one is absolute; anything non-consensual, including sex while asleep; necrophilia; bestiality; politics; weapons; hate, aggression or content that is rude or demeaning toward any person; fake promises about the product, such as guaranteeing love or an end to loneliness.
- All accounts and content must also comply with each platform's own policies.
- R16 — Earnings caps. A single video earns at most $175. A single clipper earns at most 30% of the total campaign budget.
- WHY CLIPS GET REJECTED
- Bought or botted views · story boosting · engagement under the floor for your view band · likes or comments hidden · post removed before 30 days · watermark cropped or covered, missing on-screen text or missing #CandyAIPartner · geo proof missing or not following R6 · account analytics instead of video analytics · Tier 1 audience under 40% · duplicate or one-to-one copied content · low-effort upload
