1. Publish on YouTube Shorts only. Create an original Roblox-themed 9:16 Short, 15–30 seconds long, at least 720p. Keep the song audible and the joke understandable. Use accurate English captions or readable on-screen text; correct automatic-caption errors.
2. Use YouTube's native Remix from our exact source: youtube.com/watch?v=-IvtOEMHejk. Prefer Remix > Use this sound with your own gameplay or edit; Green Screen with the original song is also allowed. Keep the song clearly audible as the main audio. Check that the published Short's sound or remix attribution leads to our original video; submit a screenshot showing that attribution with the Short URL. Adding downloaded audio as an unrelated new original sound does not meet this rule. If Remix is unavailable, tell us before creating or posting; do not substitute another source. Use only visuals you have permission to use. No copied creator edits, unrelated music, or unlicensed film/sports/anime footage. Do not imply Roblox endorsement or make misleading claims of real breathing fees or free Robux.
3. Include readable on-screen credit: "That's Extra! — Storyboat Global". Include "Full song on YouTube: Storyboat Global — That's Extra!" in the caption. Include "Unofficial fictional Roblox parody" in the caption.
4. Disclose the paid promotion clearly in the video and caption using "Ad" or "Paid promotion for Storyboat Global" and the platform's paid-partnership tool where required. Do not hide the disclosure among hashtags.
5. Obtain campaign draft approval before posting. Submit a preview of your planned visuals, song segment and text; the final upload must add the native source remix attribution specified above. After posting, submit the public post URL through Content Rewards within the platform's required submission window. Draft approval does not establish that subsequent views are genuine or guarantee payment.
6. Keep each submitted post public and materially unchanged for at least 30 days from publication. Disclose any platform takedown or restriction promptly. This requirement does not extend the platform's earning window or create a guaranteed clawback after payment.
7. All claimed views and engagement must come from genuine, voluntary viewers. No purchased views, bots, click farms, automated refreshes, multi-device self-viewing, traffic exchanges, engagement pods, like/comment/share exchanges, purchased followers, or fabricated analytics.
8. No paid boosts, ads, paid traffic suppliers, or subcontracted engagement for campaign posts. Do not pay or reward viewers for watching, liking, commenting, following, sharing, or remixing. No giveaways tied to those actions and no mass comment or direct-message spam.
9. Connect the submitting social account using the platform's supported verification process. For each post that reaches the 1,000-view qualification threshold, provide one continuous, unedited native-analytics recording within 48 hours of reaching that threshold. Provide an updated recording within 48 hours of a specific campaign review request. Navigate from your profile to the exact post and its analytics; show the handle, post identity, reporting period, and available metrics. Never share login credentials, private messages, or individual viewer information. Recordings support review; they do not replace the platform's verified counts.
10. Show views, likes, comments, and shares, plus engaged views, stayed-to-watch/swiped-away, remixes, traffic sources, watch time/retention, and audience geography wherever YouTube provides those fields. Mark unavailable fields "not available" rather than inventing them. If analytics are not available on your account, tell us in your application before posting so an evidence method can be agreed in advance. There is no blanket second recording at day 7; follow-up evidence is requested for suspicious or sampled posts. Evidence deadlines do not change the platform's earning window or review deadlines.
11. Submit each post URL only once. Do not submit the same edit repeatedly on the same platform or through multiple accounts. TikTok and Instagram posts earn nothing under this campaign. Do not submit paid campaign posts as evidence of spontaneous fan remixes.
12. Suspected manipulation is reviewed using platform verification, analytics, traffic patterns, account history, and engagement quality together. Suspicious submissions may be flagged through Content Rewards for investigation. Confirmed prohibited activity or falsified evidence makes the submission ineligible, subject to platform procedures. Creators may provide context and use the platform's appeal process. Low engagement or a viral spike alone is not proof of fraud.
Drafts require pre-approval before posting
Roblox and gaming-humor YouTube creators with original gameplay, meme edits or reactions. Apply with your YouTube channel and three recent original posts. Small relevant channels welcome; no follower minimum. Confirm native Remix is available for our source and that you can provide YouTube Studio analytics. Submit a draft preview before publishing. Use campaign submission attachments or campaign chat for attribution screenshots and analytics recordings; never send credentials or private viewer information.
