Partner Program Agreement

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This agreement is between you and Content Rewards Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Content Rewards,” “we,” “us”). It covers what we pay you as a partner for referring creators, introducing businesses, or both. Sections 1 to 8 apply to every partner. Each schedule sets out the deal for one track and applies once we approve you for that track. Accepting this agreement, or accepting any payment under it, means you agree to it.

1. The program

The Partner Program has two tracks: Refer creators (Schedule A) and Introduce businesses (Schedule B). You apply to each track separately, and we decide whether to approve you. Your partner page shows the tracks you are in, your rate on each and your partner links.

Each creator or business counts for one partner at most. The first partner it counts for keeps it. Each schedule says when a creator or a business counts as yours.

You earn only while you are an approved partner on that track, and only on payouts made after we open that track for earning.

2. When we pay

We work out what you earn on each payout as it settles, in US cents, rounding to the nearest cent with half a cent rounded up. Your partner page lists each amount.

Every amount is held until our team reviews and releases it. When we release it, it is added to your Content Rewards balance, the same balance your creator earnings go to. You need a Content Rewards account signed in with the email we have for you.

We can decline an amount that does not qualify under this agreement. A declined amount is never paid.

You handle your own taxes.

3. Holds

We can hold your earnings while we look into a referral, an introduction, a refund or a possible breach of this agreement, or while your account is suspended. A hold stops payment, not earning. What you earn during a hold is released when the hold is lifted, unless this agreement ends because you broke it.

4. Withdrawing your balance

You withdraw your balance through Whop, our payments partner, to your Whop wallet or to a bank account, the same way you withdraw creator earnings. When you cash out, Whop’s fee for the method you choose, such as a bank transfer, comes out of the amount you cash out. Content Rewards does not cover cash-out fees.

5. What you cannot do

You cannot refer yourself, an account you own or control, or a business you own, control or work for.

Do not claim a creator or a business that was already with us or already talking to us. Do not bid on our name in paid search, or run ads that look like ours. Do not promise anything on our behalf or misstate our fees or what creators earn. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages to generate referrals.

Where you recommend us publicly, say that you may be paid for it.

You can call yourself a partner of Content Rewards. Ask us before using our logo.

6. Ending it

Either of us can end your place on a track, or this whole agreement, at any time by telling the other. From then you stop earning on that track, including on creators and businesses that already count as yours. We still release what you earned before then once it clears review. If you break this agreement, we can stop paying and withhold what has not been released yet.

7. Changes

We can change your rate or these terms by telling you. A change applies from the date we give, including to creators and businesses that already count as yours, and never reduces what you earned before that date.

8. General

You are an independent contractor, not our employee or agent. This agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture. We do not promise any level of referrals or earnings.

Delaware law applies.

Schedule A: Refer creators

A creator counts as yours when the last partner link they opened in the 30 days before they created their Content Rewards account was yours, and you were an approved partner on this track at the time.

For 12 months from the day their account counts as yours, you earn 3% of the net amount we pay that creator on each payout. Net is what the creator receives for that payout, after our fees.

What you earn is paid by us, on top of what the creator earns. It never comes out of their pay.

Schedule B: Introduce businesses

You need a Content Rewards creator account to join this track.

A business counts as yours when you tell us about it from your partner page, or it creates its account within 30 days of opening your partner link, and we confirm it. If it already has an account with us, is already talking to us, or someone else introduced it first, it does not count. A business you told us about that has not created its account within 6 months no longer counts.

On each payout from a campaign run by a business that counts as yours, you earn your rate of our fee on that payout. Our fee is the organization fee and the creator fee we keep. Your rate is shown on your partner page; the standard rate is 30%.

A campaign the business funded before you introduced it counts only if we agree that it does.

We can set a cap on what you earn from each business. The cap is shown on your partner page. Once what you have earned from that business, less anything taken back, reaches the cap, you stop earning on it.

If we hand back part of our fee on a payout, we take back the same share of what you earned on that payout, never more than you earned on it. We take it out of your next release from this track, never out of your balance.

You earn for as long as the business keeps running campaigns with us and you remain an approved partner on this track.
