credentials are used to authenticate your identity
When you register through a third-party authentication provider, we receive basic account
information such as your email address and username. We do not receive or store your third-
party account passwords.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the equivalent
minimum age in your jurisdiction. We rely on this self-declaration and do not independently
verify the age of users.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in
this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specific
retention considerations include:
• Account data: retained for the duration of your active account plus a reasonable wind-
down period after account deletion

• Transaction and payment records: retained as required by tax, accounting, and financial
reporting obligations (typically 7 years)
• Campaign performance data: may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for
analytics and platform improvement purposes
• Communications and support records: retained for a reasonable period to resolve
disputes and maintain records of our interactions
• Legal hold: information may be retained beyond normal periods if required for ongoing
legal proceedings, disputes, or regulatory investigations
When your personal information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or
anonymize it, which may involve coordinating with our third-party service providers.

9. How We Keep Your Information Safe

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect
your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls,
and regular security assessments.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to
protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We encourage you
to use strong passwords and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to
your account.
9.1 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will take prompt action
to mitigate the breach and assess its impact. Where required by applicable law, we will notify
affected users and relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes prescribed by law. For
users in the EU/EEA and UK, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of
becoming aware of a qualifying breach, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay
where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

10. Automated Decision-Making and AI

We use AI and automated systems to support several aspects of our platform operations,
including:
• Campaign matching: automated systems help match Creators with Brand campaigns
based on factors such as content niche, audience characteristics, engagement metrics,
and campaign requirements
• Creator scoring and ranking: automated systems evaluate and rank Creators for
campaign suitability based on performance data, content quality indicators, and platform
activity
• Fraud detection: automated systems monitor for suspicious activity, bot behavior,
fraudulent transactions, and other violations of our Terms of Service
• Payout processing: automated systems assist with calculating, verifying, and processing
CPM-based payouts to Creators

These automated systems support and enhance our operations but are subject to human
oversight. Decisions that significantly affect your account, such as account suspension or
termination, involve human review.
Your rights regarding automated decisions: If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or another
jurisdiction that provides rights related to automated decision-making, you may have the right to
request human review of a decision made solely by automated means that significantly affects
you. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@contentrewards.com.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly

information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you
believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at
support@contentrewards.com.
